How to order?

Select the items you like with color,size,and amount,add to "shopping cart".
At the checkout section, You may still edit your order at this time. When you are happy with your order,process to check out.
Confirm the information of your selected items then choose the delivery area and payment methods.
The final stage of the checkout is the payment section. Please carefully fulfill your credit card number.
Once you've placed your order, you'll be taken to a confirmation page. You'll also receive an e-mail confirmation letter that you use to registered with SPORT PRO.
We DO NOT provide return service for oversea orders. Please confirm the order and product details when placing an order.

How long will it be delivered?

The order will be delivered to the designated store or address in about 4-5 days (excluding weekend and Taiwan national holidays) after the order is placed.

How do I pick up the goods after they are delivered to the local 7-11 store? How long will it take to complete the pick-up?

There will be a short phone message and e-mail with a "collection code" to notify our customer after your item's arrival. Please show your "collection code" to the staff to collect your item.
After your item arrive to designated store, customer has to pick up the item in Hong Kong (3 days), Singapore/Malaysia (4 days). Please be aware of your item will be returned to the local cargo center after the dateline. In this case your item will be forwarded to the local deliver company ready to be delivered to customer. (customer will be charged for the local deliver fee.)

Progress and query?

[Order status] changed to "completed" to indicate that the shipment has been completed (the stocking status will be slower due to the system time gap.)
There is a [delivery number] under the delivery status in the order (for example: GMJI71100369XXXXX, you can use this number to check the current progress in Global Package Tracking.

All pricing are settled in New Taiwanese Dollar.
